Noise figure of BJT common-emitter amplifier at low frequencies

摘要
New expressions for the noise figure of a BJT common-emitter amplifier have been presented taking into account the influence of internal parasitic series resistances. The noise of the amplifier can be represented by an equivalent noise-voltage generator e(n), and a noise-current generator i(n). New expressions for [e(n)(2)], [i(n)(2)] and [e(n)i(n)] are given in terms of the physical noise sources in a BJT.
