Electrical properties of Na2O-CdO-P2O5 glasses

摘要：
The direct current (dc) electrical conductivity of the Na2O-CdO-P2O5 glasses has been determined in the temperature range 293-423 K. Activation energy of the samples lies in the range 0.56-0.96 eV. The field-lowering coefficient beta has also been determined.
