摘要
By means of the theory of global value chain(GVC), this paper analyzes the sustainable growth of enterprises in the context of globalization, then puts forward several measures of keeping enterprises grow continuously. Entrepreneurs must have the advanced conception to embed in the GVC. Secondly, enterprises should find an accurate link to embed in the GVC and have a clear direction for enterprises growth. It builds a sustainable growth path for enterprises based on the GVC, and draws a conclusion that enterprises must transit from the low added-value links to the high added-value links, and persist in upgrading in the GVC, such as improvements in process, improvements in product, changing functional positions and moving out of the value chain into a new value chain, then enterprises can maintain a sustainable growth.
