Research on the key techniques for constructing the virtual manufacture environment

摘要
In this paper, a real virtual manufacture environment based on Virtual Reality and NC machining techniques is discussed, which are mainly composed of the scenes of shop, machines and jigs etc. There are five kinds of machine tools in the workshop, such as three-axis machining center, four-axis machining center and five-axis machining center, etc. Users can roam in the virtual workshop. This virtual manufacture environment can be used to assess the machinability of parts. The cutting parameters and NC codes can also be tested in this environment.
