摘要
This paper investigates the stability with respect to manifolds of general type of fractional-order reaction-diffusion neural networks with time-varying delays under impulsive control. First, the impulsive control fractional reaction-diffusion neuralnetwork model is designed and the manifold technique is adapted to it. Then, the Lyapunov function method is applied to derive new stability sufficient conditions.
