摘要
We demonstrated that the scaling rules of radiation are modified through merging multiple bound states in the continuum, resulting in topologically robust resonance to out-of-plane scatterings. Quality factor up to 4.9 x 10(5) has been directly observed. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
