摘要
Dens invaginatus and dens evaginatus are developmental malformation extremely rare in a single tooth, as rare as a the occurence in a central mandibular incisor. In Type III Oehlers lesions any infection within the invagination can led to a periapical pathology call cperi-invagination periodontitis'(PIP). The purpose of this article is to describe the successful case of regenerative treatment of a immature mandibular left central incisor, diagnosed with dens evaginatus (talon cusp) and infected invagination (type IIIB) associated with symptomatic apical periodontitis maintaining vitality of the surrounding pulp.
