摘要
This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the career growth and job performance of the new generation group by using data analysis software and methods, such as bootstrap, Amos21.0, test Sobel and SPSS22.0. It enriches and develops the theoretical model of career growth and job performance of the new generation of employees. The hypothesis is verified, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Career growth does not have a significant positive impact on job performance; 2. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job performance; 3. Organizational commitment is an important mediator between career growth and job performance. It is proposed for the new generation of employees in enterprise management that we should pay attention to the intermediary role of organizational commitment, strengthen the construction and management of enterprise culture, occupation identity and employee loyalty, which has practical guiding significance for the new generation of employees in enterprises management.
