摘要：
The article determines the essence of innovation infrastructure, its components which provide conditions for innovative processes realization of economic subjects. Correlation of organizational structure and infrastructure in the innovative process in the agroindustrial complex is presented. The study states that one of the directions in activization of the innovative activity of the agroindustrial subjects is the formation of innovation centers under the management bodies of the agroindustrial complex.
