摘要
There is software for simulation of biological objects (Powersim, Stella et cetera), which are making and presenting different calculations accordingly to the given data about the structure of the object and relationships between elements. Several principles of model creation are described in the literature for technical and biological systems. Still there is lack of algorithms for input data creation in suitable form for the mentioned software and other modelling tools in case of complicated or weakly investigated biological or medical object or process. The proposed method gives algorithm for creation of topological cause-effect relation model using experts information given in form of topological digraph and incidence matrix. The algorithm of data extraction is made to minimise a possibility for expert to misunderstand the question, forget essential information or make mistake. Only experts are making decisions during the data extraction process. Data can be processed by computer technique.
