摘要
Using entropy method to calculate ability, behavior, environment, interpersonal, and psychological adaptability, combined with Bayesian method to calculate the post-test probability of the adaptive performance evaluation level of 10 teachers in a university, in order to reflect the performance level of information teaching adaptability of different job titles, positions and categories. The results show that, compared with the cumulative integral method, the entropy right Bayesian method is more objective and closer to the actual teacher informatization teaching adaptability performance grade. Finally, the shortcomings of entropy weight Bayesian method in calculating the posterior probability are summarized, and it is proposed that a-step refinement score is needed to solve the problem in data acquisition.
