摘要
A study of the processing of HDDR powder with the composition Nd(12.7)Fe(81.3)B(60) and Ne(12.2)Fe(81.2)B(5.9)Zr(0.1) have been undertaken. The homogenized alloys were disproportionated at 850 degrees C for 30 minutes and employing a range of recombination temperatures from 790 degrees C to 920 degrees C. The optimum recombination temperature in the HDDR treatment was found to be 880 degrees C. Zr-addition appears to inhibit grain growth during the treatment process.
