Lessons Learned From Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Private Water Network

Editor's Note: The National Environmental Health Association ( NEHA) launched the Private Water Network (PWN) in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Network of Public Health Institutes in 2019. The mission of PWN is to 1) build a sustainable community for those working to support private water programs; 2) connect them with their peers to share experiences, insights, and resources, and to gain access to timely and relevant guidance for existing and emerging issues; and 3) build capacity to do the work more effectively and efficiently to protect the public's health from contaminants in private water sources.
