Study on profit allocation in a collaborative third-party logistics service supply chain

As an effective approach to collaboration, logistics service supply chain is widely used. Then, how to establish a fair and reasonable mechanism of profit allocation becomes an urgent problem we must face. For improving the cooperative efficiency, this paper took collaborative supply chain logistics services as background, basing on amendment Shapley value, and put forward an profit allocation algorithm in a third-party logistics service supply chain. The paper also took a practical example to illustrate the specific calculation steps, the results show that the distribution income of parties involved in line with the actual situation. And the method above can better make the supply chain stable and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
