摘要：
The authors report a case of cerebral aspergillosis associated with cryptococcal meningitis revealed by autopsy in an AIDS patient. These 2 opportunistic infections had already been diagnosed while the patient was alive but treatment had not eradicated either infectious agent. The qualitative and quantitative alteration of T lymphocytes but also of phagocytic cells (polynuclear neutrophils and macrophages) may explain this therapeutic failure.
