摘要：

We describe a new technique which includes motion within the evidence gathering process of the Hough transform to detect moving parametric shapes. Experimental results show that this new technique offers increased noise immunity and improved performance, especially in cases of partial occlusion. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
