摘要
A novel, simple and inexpensive method for the determination of naproxen enantiomers has been presented based on starch-capped Ag nanoparticles using the spectrophotometric technique. The morphology and structure of the starch-capped Ag nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. Under optimum experimental conditions, it was revealed that starch as a chiral selector could enantioselectively recognize naproxen enantiomers. Naproxen enantiomers were determined over a concentration range of 3.2 x 10(-6) to 1.4 x 10(-4) M with a detection limit of 2.7 x 10(-6) M. The results showed a relative standard deviation of 1.0% and a relative error of -5.6% for the analysis of naproxen enantiomers in real samples.
