摘要：
An examination of the polynomial control systems' (PCS) mathematical tools is presented and is being compared to similar Matlab tools. This study focuses on the capabilities of PCS. An examination of several of the new system descriptions is also presented while some analysis tools were also described. Lastly, an attention was given with the use of PCS on the design and synthesis of multivariable systems.
