A Study on Improvement of the Innovation Environment for Private Enterprises-Based on Coordination Spontaneous Private Enterprises Type and Government-Driven Type

In this paper, the author analyzes the internal and external causes of private enterprises' small number of intellectual property rights applications and lacking protection under the background of the grim protection situation of the intellectual property rights of private enterprises in China. The author attempts to prove that renovation of the internal management and the external legal and competing environment is the prerequisite of innovation of private enterprises. Meanwhile, the author analyzes the serious causes of infringement of intellectual property by the opportunity cost. So the author advises that established punitive compensation is an effective way to reduce infringements.
