摘要
Based on the literature review, this paper suggested six work-family conflict antecedents of professional women. The work domain variables including work involvement, work overload and work autonomy, and the family domain variables including family involvement, family overload and family autonomy. Then, three composite hypotheses related to the two types of work-family conflict and their antecedents were proposed. Using data of Chinese samples, the empirical research applied methods of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results can be shown as follows: firstly, work domain antecedents are related to work-to-family conflict; secondly, family domain antecedents are related to family-to-work conflict; thirdly, antecedents of different domains are differently related to the two types of, work-family conflict. Moreover, a work-family conflict antecedents model were developed. Finally, coping strategies were provided to moderate the effects of professional women's work-family conflict respectively from perspectives of society, professional women as well as their families and organizations.
