摘要:
The symptom of slow movement, sometimes with tremor, rigidity and problems with walking mostly correlates with Parkinson Disease (PD). The exact cause of the diseases still remains a mystery and no routine tests that may be carried out by specialist. Although PD cannot be definitely diagnosed, some tests can sometimes help to reject certain conditions. The fact is, out there maybe other methods can help in diagnosing this problem. In clinical measurement there are several emotions (happiness, sadness, fear, anger, surprise, and disgust) have been taken in studies. Functional connectivity index feature was computed with different methods by resarchers: Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test, Vis-Tech and Pelli-Robson test on lower order vision (LOV) assessment, Ekman 60 Faces Test, and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Despite the clinical importance of non-motor symptoms (NMS), the pathophysiology of these symptoms remains unclear. However, the results are rather inconclusive in the definition of the degree and the selectivity of emotion recognition impairment and an associated impairment of almost all basic facial emotions in PD. Current work reviews some of the promising works found in literature associated with PD and their findings are discussed.
