摘要
This work presents LABORAL, a game for hand stretching using gestural interactions, designed for people who perform repetitive movements using the computer. This workload causes pain that impacts performance, resulting in occupational diseases, such as RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) and WMSD (Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorder). LABORAL was developed in Unity, using the Leap Motion sensor. In the game, a sequence of stretching exercises is shown and must be performed by the player via gestural interaction with the hands, fingers and wrists. During the exercises, the hand poses must be sustained for 10 seconds, to guarantee the effectiveness of the stretch. After that time, a new pose is displayed on the game screen and so on. LABORAL provides practical opportunities for players to learn to perform some hand stretching exercises in a more engaging way, while realizing the importance of maintaining the health of their upper limbs, collaborating for education and the consequent transformation of the participants' behavior.
