摘要
Different aluminum matrix composite materials reinforced with (AlCr2)p were investigated by techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray semiquantitative analysis. Results show that the mechanical characteristics such as tensile strength, strain and hardness are higher than those of sintered components of same materials. The SEM and X-ray quantitative analysis show diffusion between AlCr2 and copper, more evident when the solution time of the heat treatment is longer.
