摘要
Using the right definitions for terminology in digital health. Differentiating between Internet of Things technology fo personal use ("quantified self') and communicating medica devices with a specific legal framework for telemedicine. Distinguishing the practice of telemedicine from commercia, services of the digital health. Understanding that clinical telemedicine is defined according to 5 medical acts since 2010. Ensuring that a real medical service is provided to patients in the domain of digital health. Understanding that telemedicine facilitates a "5P medicine": Personalised, Preventive, Predictive, Participatory, and Proven. Following chronic illnesses at home is more a matter for innovative interprofessional organisations and cooperation rather than tools. Knowing that telemedicine can monitor patients in an asynchronous-synchronous mode. Understanding that modern medicine is cooperative within the care pathway (including social care) and facilitated by telemedicine. Guaranteeing the success of digital health projects by co-building between healthcare professionals, users and manufacturers.
