In the process of the application of the law, the subjective judgment is indispensable, and legal explanation is one of the tools. Legal interpretation should follow certain rules, can inhibit the proliferation of subjective factors. Don't distort the law, don't play logic game, toward the established legal interpretation of the goal. In this paper, the legal interpretation work in the protection of Olympic intellectual property rights of use and analysis of invisible market.
