摘要：
This article describes how fuzzy logic can be used to make insurance pricing decisions. The fuzzy set theory is developed to improve the classical bonus-malus rating system in automobile insurance. This paper presents a fuzzy version of a symmetrical model based on Zimmermann's approach.
