摘要
This study, aims to highlight the impact that certain factors, synthesized by the authors into an ergonomics concept of intellectual work about the students' performance in Romanian universities - performance being measured as the final grade in the core courses. The authors of this study started with the hypothesis that human resources who work with and through knowledge (and a component of such human resources are, of course, the students) must be prepared for requirements of a new and diverse nature with which the managers of knowledge-based organizations should be acquainted and, moreover, should be able to manage them, in order to increase the efficiency of their activities. The main method used was case study; on a target group about 250 students from a Romanian university. We have determined, by multivariate regression, the impact of those factors such as: teaching learning process, examination process, research-learning process, the student-higher education institutions relationship. The results indicate that the students' performance is highly associated with the variables mentioned above.
