摘要：
The expansion of population and the number of private cars is putting increasing pressure on municipal transportation in Beijing, which makes it ever more necessary to develop public transit. Based on the analysis of 482 valid questionnaires returned, the paper probes into the current situation and problems of the public transit system before listing factors that may have effect on the preference of citizens. SPSS software is used and factor analysis is applied to process the data collected, which culminates in an indicator evaluation system for public transit services.
