The large-scale coal mine construction project management practices in the local coal enterprises

摘要
In this article, the author, based on his project manager experiences, made a detailed introduction of the whole coal mine construction process under the PMC mode from the preliminary design to the final production, which has become the first model project by adopting the comprehensively mechanized caving coal mining technologies to. build a modern coal mine in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. By reviewing his work on introducing the scientific project management theories and approaches into the PMC team building, project management organization establishment and the daily management, the author has presented his experiences on the successful integration between technologies and management with the few stuff, down-to-the-earth sprits and high-efficient work, which has not only relieved the owner's worries about the mining technologies on the very thick coal seam, saved the substantive investments and fulfilled the production on schedule, but also greatly improved the management level in the local coal mining enterprises through the project management procedures. The author also objectively pointed out the difficulties that the project managers have to overcome during the project management implementation in the western areas and generalized his ideas and suggestions on solving these difficulties, which will be full of instructive magnificence for the local coal mining enterprises to implement the project management such as EPC/Turnkey or PMC with several investors.
