摘要
To promote the efficiency of bridge management work, the advanced BIM technology is applied in bridge management system (BMS), and thus the life cycle performance of bridge structure could improve. In the process of establishing the BMS based on BIM, the first step is to parameterize the bridge structure information during its whole life cycle, including geometric and physical information, load information, detection information, evaluation information and maintenance information of bridge. Then the logical relationships between the parameters are analyzed, and the BIM model used for bridge management is built. The BIM model in design stage contains structural static information and load information, with extensible information schema. The information in the design model is inherited and developed by the one in the construction stage. This model is more accurate because the component model is modified according to the manufacturing process, and the structure model is modified according to construction monitoring data. Finally, the as-built BIM model is close to the practical structure and is used as the BIM model in the maintenance and management stage. The durability of the bridge is precisely evaluated in BIM model combined with data of the structural health monitoring system and the bridge structural technical condition inspection results. Moreover, the maintenance plan could be simulated and tested in the BIM model. This new BMS could guide the bridge structural rehabilitation work more effectively and economically. The bridge management system based on BIM technology enables collaborative management of life-cycle information of bridge, and thus allocate manpower, material and financial resources with high efficiency.
