摘要
Results of measurements of the light spot positions based on the spatial light modulation in an orthoferrite crystal are presented. The reproducibility of the measurements is 0.8 mu m and the sampling rate is 600 kHz. (C) 2000 American Institute of Physics. [S0021-8979(00)71208-4].
