摘要
A series of D-5(0)-> F-7(2)/D-5(0)-> F-7(4) double red-emitting EuCaAl3O7/Ca2Al2SiO7 luminescent materials were prepared by Eu3+ ions doped high-aluminum cast residue, hot state quenched by ice water and high-temperature crystallization. The XRD powder diffraction patterns prove EuCaAl3O7 formation at 950-975 degrees C. Under the 394 nm excitation, EuCaAl3O7/Ca2Al2SiO7 luminescent materials exhibit D-5(0)-> F-7(2)/D-5(0)-> F-7(4) two red emission peaks of Eu3+ ions 4f-4f transition. The emission peak intensity at 617 nm (D-5(0)-> F-7(2)) and 702 nm (D-5(0)-> F-7(4)) is enhanced by 6 times and 7 times compared with that before EuCaAl3O7 formation. With the increase of Eu3+ doping concentration, the emission intensity is enhanced up to 17 times (D-5(0)-> F-7(2)) and 12 times (D-5(0)-> F-7(4)) at 1.5 mol% compared with that at 0.2 mol%. The luminescence quenching test from 30 degrees C to 150 degrees C shows that it has good luminescence thermal stability.
