摘要
In this letter, generalized active disturbance rejection control (GADRC) scheme, with the use of known plant information is explored for load frequency control of power systems. Also, the GADRC structure is transformed into a two degree of freedom internal model form via the use of bandwidth tuning approach. The efficiency of proposed approach is authenticated through comparison of the disturbance rejection capability and performance measures with diverse techniques existing in literature. Further, robustness of proposed scheme is evaluated in the face of parametric uncertainty in system parameters. To further validate effectiveness of GADRC scheme, the GADRC controller is also tested on IEEE 39 bus 10 machine New England power system in the presence of non-linearities. The simulation results exhibit excellent disturbance rejection capability, better transient performance and high robustness to uncertain parameters in comparison to various integral and fractional order control techniques in literature.
