Parametric analysis of the thermal conditions of a porous wall under penetration cooling

Analysis is performed of the analytical solution of the problem on one-dimensional distribution of the skeleton and coolant temperature in a porous permeable layer with due regard for the thermal conductivity of the coolant and for heat transfer in the region of coolant delivery to the porous layer. The concepts of ''thick'' and ''thin'' permeable wall are estimated quantitatively, and comparison is made with the available solutions.
