On the Public Administrative System of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty in China

摘要
The Public Administrative System of Ancient China is very important for modem Chinese government to learn from in improving its administrative system. The research which has been done by some historians recently shows the system of administration of Ming and Qing Dynasties was perfect. However the date of February 12, 1912-the end of Qing Dynasty marked the beginning of a new era of China's governance. What happened during the reign of both Dynasties? This article aims to do some research on analyzing the differences of the Public Administrative System between those two Dynasties by doing some comparative studies on them. The article also emphasizes the history of Administrative System of Ming Dynasty and the reasons why the emperors of Qing Dynasty reformed on the copied administrative system of Ming Dynasty. Furthermore, the reasons for the demise of both Dynasties have been summarized as well. Finally, some studies on the effects of the political forces to the system of administration of two Dynasties are analyzed.
