摘要
In this paper, a technique is proposed to calculate the quantum phenomena by available circuit simulator, This approach is realized using the Agilent Advanced Design System for calculation of linear and non-linear Schrodinger equations. Good accuracy of the results is shown in the comparison with available analytical data. developed technique is prospective for co-design of electronic and nano-integrations by the same EDA tool.
