摘要
Under the environment of the electrical power market, every power plant inside the pool will deliver electrical energy to power grid following the daily generating plan. If the power energy generated from a power plant more than or less then the expected course over 2% will be consider as generating deviation. This paper presents the classification of generating deviation, and in applying the principle of the small-signal stability, analyzes the effect of the small-signal generating deviation to the behavior of the power-angle and the frequency of the grid. The result calculation leads to the conclusion is that the small-signal generating deviation will decrease the transient stability margin in some way but not threaten the safety of the grid in discussed case.
