摘要：
Education industry plays an important role to achieve knowledge based economy. This industry also facing OSH issues at work especially when involves working in laboratories during teaching and research. This study explores the safety culture in the research university. The eight elements of safety culture have been highlighted. There are rules and procedures, safety policy, training, management commitment, communication, reward systems, leadership and employee involvement. This study discusses the elements of safety culture that will be applied in the research university.
