摘要
The public praise is the satisfaction and praise about the understanding, attitude, evaluation, certification on enterprise's relevant information which spread in groups. The public praise marketing is the management process of plan, organization, execution, control to satisfy the need of the customs, settle the transaction, gain the reputation and loyalty of the customs which will be realized by the public praise materials produced, manufactured, issued consciously or unconsciously by the enterprises and spread by some measures and approaches. The public praise marketing is the most costly and effective marketing tool. We just started the public praise marking research and did not attain to the marketing level in domestic sides. So enforce the research on the public praise marketing will help the enterprises to understand it clearly and make full use of it.
