Mathematic model of engineering and operating cost of coal-fired power plant

摘要
Power plant is dense capital enterprise. The living developing space of power plant can be extended by controlling its engineering and operating cost. Firstly, how to control and manage the engineering and operating cost of coal-fired power plant is analyzed qualitatively. And the engineering and operating cost is computed quantitatively. Secondly, the formula of approved price is presented. Furthermore, the influence on the profits of coal-fried power plant which coming from the policy of "Mechanism of Coal-Electricity Price Linkage" is studied. And the effects for generation cost made by market competition are researched. At last, the relation of generation cost and power price is explained by an example. Then the conclusion is that market bidding can control effectively the coal-fired power plant's engineering and operating cost.
