摘要：

This paper takes the E-Government experimental unit-S county which located in Hubei Province, as an example, researches development of E-Government in local areas by on-site visit and questionnaire survey. It is found that although primary network of E-Government at county level government has built, but information communication and sharing among counties or regions face bottleneck; The competency of government employees are unable to adapt to the development of E-Gove. This paper therefore proposes to improve E-Government from five aspects in order to develop E-Government better.
