摘要
The design of flight control system for high dynamic aircraft (HDA) requires a more efficient positional accuracy and quicker response of rudder system. Design and experimental studies on electric rudder load simulator is an essential method to study the performance of HDA rudder system. The performance of a real rudder system can be tested by simulating aerodynamic loads under various high dynamic flight conditions. An electric rudder load simulator (ERLS) with compound torque and rudder angular velocity feedforward controller is designed. High dynamic load test under small torque is performed. The tests show that amplitude of load torque is less than 8 N . m. The amplitude distinction between load torque and command torque is 1.8%, and the phase distinction is 5.3 degrees. The results analyzed by Fourier analysis show that the dynamic bandwidth of ERLS can achieve at 10 Hz.
