摘要：
The supply chain competition has become the main form that the business enterprise competes at present. While the supply chain management at the same time of fast fierce development in Chinese enterprises, the application in small& medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is not optimistic, and exist numerous problems. This paper based on analyzing our country circumstance of the small business enterprise implementing supply chain management and its problems, put forward in the implementation of SMEs in China!s supply chain management related countermeasures.
