摘要
The Dhosa Oolite is a medium grained oolitic limestone that is yellowish green in colour and highly fossiliferous. The Dhosa Oolite is extremely rich in invertebrate fossils of Mollusca. Among the fossils of Subkingdom Mollusca-Perisphinctes indogermanus, Phylloceras sp., Haploceras elimantum, Lewesiceras peramplus and Epimayaites lemoini are identified from class Ammonoidea. Phylloceras and Epimayaites are common in the Mesozoic sequence of Kachchh.
