摘要
In the projects construction of Nanyang eco-industrial park, not only construction period is very short, but also the engineering quantity is very great. Moreover, requirements of quality are very high, and construction organization is very difficult. By the innovation on the management system of the projects construction of Nanyang eco-industrial park, the project management office of the industrial park is set up during project is constructed. A tripartite mechanism of construction, management and use is composed. It has greatly improved the management level of the project construction. Meanwhile, it restricts the corruption problem. When the management system characterized by general supervision coordination representative, it ensures the project construction to be carried out smoothly. At the same time, projects management realizes marketization, socialization and specialization. It achieves a better. social and economic benefit. Supplying management method characterized by collective bidding procurement bulk materials,guarantee the procedure to be justice, public and transparent. It also guarantees the material quality and put an end to corrupt. When the incentive mechanism of labor emulation, characterized by independent evaluation, not only the quality of the projects is guarantee, but also the enthusiasms of construction enterprises are aroused. Similarly, when a post-evaluation mechanism of the industrial park investment projects is established, experience and lesson are summarized. Meanwhile, evaluation results and suggestion are feedback to decision departments in time, so as to guide second phase project construction. By the innovation on management system of the projects construction in many aspects, the projects of industrial park are constructed well and rapidly. The maximum investment benefits, good social-benefits and economic benefits can be achieved finally. At the same time, it has some guiding significance for the similar engineering construction.
