Quality assurance using enriched process information

摘要
In production technology, increasing digitalization and connectivity are taking place. They offer a wide range of applications for new technologies allowing processes to be designed more transparently and optimizations to be implemented more efficiently. This contribution describes a machining application in which process forces are measured using sensory clamping technology and visualized using augmented reality. The results show that the combination of sensory clamping technology and augmented reality allows a simple interpretation of complex signals.
