摘要
This paper first introduces the seismic characteristics of electric power system, including the components of transformer substation and the network of electric power system and presents a evaluation method of seismic safety for electric power system. Using mean failure probability value of high voltage electric equipments, the failure probability of the transformer substation and network analysis method, the seismic reliability of the substations is calculated. Furthermore, the degree of function safety and restoration time of electric power system are evaluated according to the relationship between the failure probability and the function. Finally, distribution of the effect zone is showed by technology of GIS software.
