摘要：
The paper presents an example of good practice in Romanian graduate education. CETEX MBA program has a tradition in graduate education for about 10 years. The main characteristics of this program are its capacity and ability to continuing adapt to rapid environment changes and its capacity to find creative and innovative solutions for future. This paper presents the tools used by this educational center for developing entrepreneurial skills, necessary for Romanian managers to respond to permanent business challenges.
