摘要
The vehicle stability control system is the important technology in the field of automotive active safety and is a difficult issue and hot-point in the vehicle dynamics control research. The dual-motor drive electric vehicle (EV) is greatly different from traditional fuel vehicles in the dynamic characteristics, the complexity of actuator and the actuator response characteristics. Therefore, it is of great significance to study on the control strategy of the stability control system in the dual-motor drive EV to make it more efficient and stable. A hierarchical control strategy for the stability of dual-motor drive EV is proposed in this paper. The upper layer of controller, the decision of additional yaw moment, is constructed by using the model predictive control (MPC). And the lower layer of controller, the additional yaw moment distribution layer, is constructed basing on the optimization theory. Finally, a test is carried under the condition of double lane change on the platform of the dual-motor drive EV which is based on A&D5435. The results show that the maximum yaw rate with stability control decreases by 44.78%, and the maximum sideslip angle with stability control decreases by 48.75%. It can be concluded that the stability control system can work in normal using this control strategy, which effectively improve the stability of the vehicle.
