An integrated intelligent manufacturing model based on scheduling and reinforced learning algorithms

摘要
Using interdisciplinary technologies of Web 2.0, Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research, and Integrated Automatic Manufacturing, this model generates a plausible solution for online taking of laundry orders placed by hotels, accessing path planning through Baidu (R) external port for scheduling under integrated automatic manufacturing and scheduling architecture. Unlike conventional laundry, this process is transparent to the out-sourcing hotels. With APPs downloaded on their smart phones and order number assigned, the hotel quality control personnel could monitor the whole process in real time, tracking bagging and packing, routing in, scheduling and laundry, then routing back. The whole operation is transparent and efficiency is the name of the game. As a result, this innovative business model solves hotels' dilemma and soothes contractors' complaints at the same time. It offers not only the technical modules and infrastructures, but also the business appraisal process as well.
